PS-145D
Polystyrene 145D is a high flow, general purpose polystyrene. PS 145D offers exceptional processing characteristics for thin walled parts, multi-cavity tools, and complex designs. It is best suited for both injection molding and extrusion. If used unmodified and under appropriate processing conditions PS 145D conforms with FDA Title 21 CFR Section 177.1640 regarding the use of polystyrene in food contact articles. USP Class VI Listed.
PS-148G
Polystyrene 148G is a high heat, easy flow general purpose polystyrene with excellent moldability, clarity and fast set-up time. It can be utilized as a coextruded gloss cap over high impact polystyrene. It is designed for applications requiring a combination of fast processing with good strength and heat resistance.
PS-158K
Polystyrene 158K is a high heat resistant, high strength general purpose polystyrene with excellent clarity and good processability for injection molding and extrusion applications. It provides greater stiffness and strength than standard GPPS.
PS-166H
Polystyrene 166H is a high molecular weight, general purpose polystyrene with excellent toughness, good flow and good processability. Due to its high melt strength, PS-166H can also be used in extruded packaging and thermoforming applications. It is ideally suited for blending with HIPS, cleas SBS block copolymer, or other applications where low odor/taste are critical. It offers good processing characteristics while yielding parts with exceptional toughness relative to standard GPPS.
PS-168M
Polystyrene 168M is a high heat, high molecular weight general purpose polystyrene with excellent clarity and high stiffness. Due to its high melt strength and high stiffness, PS-168M is also an excellent choice for food packaging made form extruded foam sheet and biaxially oriented sheet. It offers high stiffness which is designed for extrusion/thermoforming applications, especially for food packaging.
PS-168MO
Polystyrene 168MO is a high heat, high molecular weight general purpose polystyrene with low residual volatiles, excellent clarity and high melt strength. These properties makes it an excellent choice for biaxially oriented sheet applications that require high clarity, and no taste or odor transfer.
